Order Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for standard order processing before your order ships. Express orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing times exclude weekends and national holidays. Shipping transit time begins once your order has been dispatched and is additional to processing time.

International Shipping
We’re excited to offer shipping to all countries, bringing Jo-Anne Vernay to your doorstep wherever you call home.
International orders include a $25.00 handling fee, plus the shipping cost calculated at checkout.
