How It Works
1- You will be notified via email or sms about your exact ship date once the order is ready to be sent to you.
2- Please note that all time windows exclude any delays due to national holidays.
3- If any unforeseen delays are encountered due to COVID-19 we will notify you as soon as possible.
All orders placed by the previous Friday of a Federal Holiday week, will ship out the following week. For example if you place an order on 11/21 during Thanksgiving, this will ship out the week of 11/27.
We're happy to announce that we're now shipping to France, Italy and the UK! For additional international countries please email us firstname.lastname@example.org for insider shipping rates.
In the unexpected case you're not satisfied with your shoes, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If you receive a return for issues in our control, like manufacturing delays, please allow 3-5 business days to see your refund processed. You will receive automated emails to help you track your refund.
Please note that we only offer store credit at this time so please select your shoes carefully. Orders may be canceled within 48 hours. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed with an order cancellation within this timeframe.
Any unworn and undamaged items can be exchanged within 15 days, depending on availability. We are more than happy to accept your exchange, however as a budding business we have a few house rules.
1 - Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you may exchange the shoes within 15 business days.
2 - The shoes must be returned with its original packaging and footwear must be unused and in an unaltered condition. Please try your shoes on for fit using a soft carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damages to the soles or material.
3 - Due to the nature of our personalized service exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We want each customer to have the same stellar experience. Any damaged shoes will be returned back to you at no charge.
Please follow the steps below to exchange your purchase:
1 - Email us at email@example.com to let us know why you'd like to exchange your items.
2 - You'll receive a pre paid USPS return label via email in order to return the shoes back to us.
3 - Easily print out your return label and drop your package off at the closest USPS location.
4 - Remove all previous labels and attach the new printed pick up label to your package so that UPS can scan the right label.
5 - Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will then carefully inspect the shoes to make sure we can accept the exchange and restock them based on the condition. If your shoes are in exchangeable condition then we will send you the new requested size and color based on inventory availability at no cost to you.
6 - If your size is not available to exchange we will happily issue you a store credit for future purchases. We pride ourselves on exclusiveness with our styles and not all inventory will be available however you can use your store credit to secure our future styles before they're gone.
