What is the processing time for Orders?
As a small business, please allow us up to 5 business days before your order is shipped out to you. Your shoes are then shipped UPS for a smooth delivery process. Due to COVID-19 carriers may encounter unforeseen delays, we will ship your shoes as soon as they are processed and keep you updated along the way. How do your shoes fit?
The Mel Heel fits 1/2 size smaller for most customers and an extensive size guide can be found on each product's page. If you find that you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, see our policy and enjoy complimentary swaps.
What other materials are in your shoes?
We use vegan biodegradable materials such as Pinatex, ultra suede, water based glue, and organic cotton in our designs. With sustainability as our main focus we ensure that no animal based products are used in the manufacturing.
How long do your shoes last?
Shoes made from Pinatex and other plant-based materials that we use, last just as long as leather when cared for, spanning 4-5 years when worn regularly. Follow our care instructions on tips on how to sustain your shoes.
We're proud to ship complimentary on all orders via UPS. The flat rate price for expedited shipping is $15.00 via UPS. You will be notified via email with your tracking information and delivery confirmation. Please contact UPS in the event of any unplanned delays for more help with your package's location.
