What is the processing time for Orders?
As a small business, please allow us up to 5 business days before your order is shipped out to you. Your shoes are then shipped UPS for a smooth delivery process. Due to COVID-19 carriers may encounter unforeseen delays, we will ship your shoes as soon as they are processed and keep you updated along the way. How do your shoes fit?
The Mel Heel fits 1/2 size bigger for most customers and an extensive size guide can be found on each product's page. We recommend that you purchase the size that fits your larger foot or size up for any foot protrusions. If you find that you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, see our policy and enjoy complimentary swaps.
What other materials are in your shoes?
We use vegan materials such as ultra suede, water based glue, and organic cotton in our designs. With sustainability as our main focus we ensure that no animal based products are used in the manufacturing.
We're proud to ship from our home office in Philadelphia, PA to all 50 states in North America. The flat rate price for shipping is $15.00 via UPS. You will be notified via email with your tracking information and delivery confirmation. Please contact UPS in the event of any unplanned delays for more help with your package's location.
