OUR SHOES
We use biodegradable plastic free materials such as Pinatex, ultra suede, water based glue, and organic cotton in our designs. With sustainability as our main focus we ensure that no animal based products are used in the manufacturing.
Why are your shoes expensive?
Our shoes are made by international Artisans in leading footwear manufacturing companies like Italy and Portugal. Our shoes are made from fine biodegradable fruit fabrics like Pinatex and Apple Leather, alternatives to traditional vegan leathers. Our designs are all unique, nothing is ever wholesale, and created by our Founder and team in house.
How do your shoes fit?
The Mel Heel fits 1/2 size smaller for most customers and an extensive size guide can be found on each product's page. If you find that you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, see our policy and enjoy complimentary swaps. .
How long do your shoes last?
Shoes made from Pinatex and other plant-based materials that we use, last just as long as leather when cared for, spanning 4-5 years when worn regularly. Follow our care instructions on tips on how to sustain your shoes. In the unforseen event that your shoes encounter any damages please contact us immediately info@joannevernay.com
DROPS/ORDERS
What is the processing time for Orders?
Please allow 2 business days for all standard orders. All express orders will be processed within 24 hours. We will ship your shoes as soon as they are processed and keep you updated along the way. If you are having delivery issues please contact UPS and reach out to info@joannevernay.com
PRE ORDERS
What is the processing time for Pre Orders?
We fixed our Pre Order system, apologies to any customers who experienced issues with our previous system.
All Pre Orders ship roughly 3 months after the pre order date ends. We will update you on production and delivery ETAs along the way. If you are having delivery issues please contact UPS and reach out to info@joannevernay.com
SHIPPING
North America
We're proud to ship complimentary on all orders via UPS. The flat rate price for expedited shipping is $15.00 via UPS. You will be notified via email with your tracking information and delivery confirmation. Please contact UPS in the event of any unplanned delays for more help with your package's location.
International
Please contact info@joannevernay.com in the event that you'd like to place an international order and we will assist you further.
Duties
